50% of the reserved value of the booking on confirmation of booking. Minimum deposit 1 night.

Confirmed Reservations
Bookings are confirmed at time of deposit payment.

Cancellation
over 30 days prior to arrival = 5% of paid deposit.
30-14 days prior to arrival = 25% of reserved value.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of reserved value.

Early depart or no show = 100% of reserved value.

Children are welcome after prior contact with the owner (as there is a limited number of facilities).
